What is the difference between a regular haircut and a fade?

The main difference between a regular haircut and a skin fade haircut lies in how the hair is blended and tapered—especially on the sides and back. A regular or traditional men's haircut is a one without a distinct taper or dramatic gradient. Scissor cuts, crew cuts, or more conservative business cuts are all examples of a regular haircut.

A skin fade (often called a "bald" or "skin" fade) is a style where the hair gradually "fades" from longer to shorter, usually starting at the top and tapering down to the skin. This type of specialized haircut typically requires a straight or foil razor to achieve the desired look.

DON'T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT... HERE'S WHAT OUR PATRONS ARE SAYING!

Probably the best haircut I've ever had. My barber is an absolute wizard with hair. I'll be coming here every time I fly out from Colorado! Clean shop, extremely friendly staff, detailed cuts. - DILLAN C.

I just had one of the most amazing experiences at this barber shop! Britt was my barber. I've never received such great service and precision from a barber before. The haircut I received was one of the best I've had in my whole life. - BOD F.

Dude what can I say…best experience I’ve had. I got the whole deal with the shave, haircut, facial, face massage, etc. Dude made me look like a different man. My skin is glowing haha. Thanks Jonathan! - KYLE
